Why the Conformer Matters - Custom Hat Deserves a Custom Fit
Just like no two horses are the same, no two heads are shaped alike. Our conformer captures every curve, angle, and crown point of your head—something a simple tape measure or guess can’t do. That’s why it’s the heart of every Branded Brims custom hat.
To guarantee that perfect fit, you must use our conformer when sizing. Hats ordered without a conformer measurement are not eligible for remakes, or fit corrections. Your hat is shaped to your exact pattern, and that pattern only comes from the conformer.
If you want a hat that fits with true Western confidence, the conformer isn’t optional—it’s required.

Please Note: Colour may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and natural material differences. Please allow up to 4 months for production and shipping, depending on current workload. Be sure to follow the measurement guide photo and confirm your correct size before placing your order.

Please note: The Conformer must be returned in order for us to proceed with crafting your hat. Failure to return the Conformer will result in no hat being produced and no refund issued. We highly recommend sizing with our Conformer to ensure the best fit possible. Because each hat is handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues if the Conformer was not used.
