This custom cowboy hat features a classic Cattleman-style crown paired with the distinctive JB Brim — one of my most popular and requested combinations.
Handcrafted with care, this hat is made from 100% rabbit fur felt in a striking Silver Belly color. It’s adorned with hand-cut premium leather, detailed with casing rivets, and includes six casing shell holders for a rugged, authentic touch. The centerpiece is a burned-in Big Horn Sheep design, giving it a bold, western character.
Inside, the hat is lined with a silk insert and finished with a leather sweatband for added comfort and durability.

If you want a hat that fits with true western confidence, the Conformer isn’t optional — it’s essential.
