Hats ordered without a Conformer measurement are not eligible for remakes or fit corrections

Custom Sizing with the Conformer
For a true custom fit, you may choose to have a Conformer shipped to you.
Important:
The Conformer must be returned before your hat can be crafted.
Failure to return the Conformer will result in:
No hat being produced
No refund issued
 
Because every hat is handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues if the Conformer was not used.
